Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
After living here for eight months I found the complex very noisy and most the long-term people very rude. Eveytime I open the window I had pot smoke roll in and most of the people were section 8. Don?t leave anything on your balcony because the local and some Oakland kids will take it or break it. The area is horrible and very dangerous the bums across the street would hange around the doors and parking lot. Also watch your security deposit and your mail disappear. They will find a way to take it plus more. They found loop holes that made me pay an extra $736 dollars on move out. I left the apartment like I left it.
