I would have to agree with the comments of others here. The rent is over priced, you do have to convince them take care of certain things. The office staff is nice and does their best to be accommodating, however, a lot of rules come down from corporate that aren't reasonable. For example, just to transfer to another unit it requires an additional deposit as if you were a new move in. Totally outrageous. Existing tenants aren't allowed to take advantage of the specials. I don't believe you have to justify having basic things done. The kids in the complex are noisy and do present precarious situations. This is a nice complex and has great potential. There have been a number of people who move in and move out and rather quickly. So basically, some or what has been said here is very truly. And yes there are a number of Section 8 tenants, since this complex was built in conjunction with Federal Funds that is a requirement for them. You cannot get anyone to tell you the percentage.

Lastly, they don't exterminate on a scheduled basis. You have to request for this service. With the size of the complex you would think that this would occur monthly or bi-monthly.
