I was told that less than 20% were section 8 when I looked at the place. More like 50-60%. I wass excited about moving in here a year ago. I first became aware that things weren't as advertised when two of my movers (professional, non friends) pulled me aside and said "you better watch your back in here miss". They had gotten cursed out by irate women who resented having to take the stairs down one flight. Ghetto, gheto, ghetto.Noise, noise, noise. I'm black and some of these folks scare me. If you can get a special and take the proration instead of the one month free it is totally worth it. Great location, spacious. I order my groceries from safeway.com. No break ins or vandalism so far. I had difficulties with getting repairs. Things that were broken during my initial walk though a year ago still haven't been addressed. Management is nice, they definitely have their hands full so cut hem some slack if they drop the ball occasionally.With so many people living here who aren't on the lease parking is a nightmare sometimes.My guests usually park in the shopping area.
