Beware!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy living in the ghetto! I stayed for 2 years because it was during the "dot.com" boom and it was difficult to find another place.
During this time, cars were stolen from the "secure" garage. Loud rowdy obnoxious children were allowed to run freely. People routinely used (& left) shopping carts on the premises. Some of the buildings had severe mold problems that management would attempt to remedy by painting. During the "dot.com" boom, rent was routinely and severely increased every 6 months. To make things worse, they require the tenants to pay the water and garbage. And although it is mandated by the federal govt., mixing low-income, section 8 tenants with professionals never works.
