THE WELFARE PEOPLE SCREW THIS PLACE UP!

I AGREE COMPLETELY WITH ANOTHER POSTER..MIXING SUBSIDIZED WELFARE PEOPLE INTO THIS HIGH RENT APARTMENT COMPLEX IS ONE OF THE STUPIDEST THINGS IMAGINABLE. TO THINK THAT THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIRMENT SCARES ME. THIS APARTMENT COULD BE GREAT IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS ONE FACT. I TRY TO AVOID THESE KIND OF PEOPLE ANDS NOW I HAVE TO RUN INTO THEM ALL THE TIME. CARS PARKED IN THE GARAGE ARE BREAKING DOWN WITH OIL LEAKING AND I DRIVE A $40K CAR AND PAY $1500 FOR A 1BDRM. ALSO, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE TO ALLOW KIDS. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE KIDS NORMALLY DON'T HAVE THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE THEM. BUT THEY RUN AROUND AND MAKE A LOT OF NOISE GET THINGS DIRTY ANDN MAKE A MESS. IT IS NORMAL TO FIND SPIT DRIPPING DOWN THE WALL OF THE ELEVATOR. FINALLY, THE MAINTENANCE PERSONELL ARE LAZY.
