I have lived at Bridgecourt since September, 2003 and can not believe all of the terrible things people have written about this place. In my 3 years here, I have enjoyed living in my nice, big, bright apartment. I have not seen bugs or rodents, and have not had to hear people fighting, or nearby gun shots. When my windows are open I do hear traffic, but I expected this when I rented an apt on a busy street.

I have enjoyed having my free, assigned parking space in the garage, and have found the management and maintenance staff to be friendly and helpful. Sure, I'd like it if the garage and sidewalks were powerwashed more often, but I see the janitors cleaning throughout the complex every day, and whenever I've asked to have something fixed, it has been fixed within a day. I like that the office holds my packages for me too. Also, my neighbors are really nice, and I think the walls must be pretty thick, because I never hear other people in the building, unless they are outside, walking right by my door. And considering the location, I thought it was a good idea when management put in security cameras in addition to the guards that patrol Bridgecourt every night. I haven't needed them, but I'm glad they are here. Also, they just changed the lights in the garage, so it is very bright inside, even at night.

Overall, I think this is a great place to live! The location is as convenient as you can get, the apts are larger than most of the others you find in the area, and the people who work here are doing a very good job.

I have recommended Bridgecourt to my friends and will recommend it again.
