It looks nice on the outside, but inside my apartment get this: there is mildew occuring at least every other week. I have had this problem forever! So for now I keep a supply of Clorox Cleaner on hand. There are "nasty" tenants that place the trash inside the garbage shute door instead of in the shute, which seems to get clogged by other tenants not willing to use a broomstick to push the trash dowm when it gets stuck, so until the maintainence crew comes on Monday we have a filthy mess.Complaining to management only seems to "get on thier nerves" There is also a cay only policy so why do some tenants have dogs''''

Thanks for the mention about the trash chutes. The whole area around the trash chute turns into a disgusting pile of trash and wet waste, e.g. soiled diapers, food scraps, emptied carry out containers, etc. by Monday morning. And if someone has moved in or out, the pile is even bigger. The trash chute door on my floor in my building was broken for my last 3 years in this place...A CLEAR VIOLATION OF FIRE & LIFE SAFETY CODES!!!! And speaking of fire and life safety violations, the mechanical closer and latch on the hallway door to the stairs on my floor (which are also an emergency exit) never worked properly during my entire 5 years in this complex. Another CLEAR VIOLATION OF FIRE & LIFE SAFETY CODES!!!! These codes exist not to create a burden on landlords and property owners; but to insure, to the best ability possible, the safety of everyone who lives, works or visits the premises. There are no excuses for two successive management companies to ignore these flagrant violations of life safety codes.
