This place has nice apartments but when we moved in ours was infested with tiny spiders, all over our bedroom!Gross! I felt the parking was adequate and the cleanliness was sufficient, however, the management is unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. On several occasions they sent us rude and unwarranted notes that we owed them money. The first time I went to the office to fix it the women in the office told me to ignore it and in fact we had over paid our rent. I told one woman to add it to the next month. The next month we again over paid because we had forgotten about the $40 we had over paid and, again, we received a nasty letter saying we owed them more money. This happened 5 times. Each time I told them to fix the problem they just passed the blame onto someone else in the office and nothing was fixed. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. The other thing about this place is that there are kids running around the pool and the hallways all the time. Yelling and screaming, and even swimming naked in the pool. Some of them climb the fence and don't even live here, others are just kids who annoy their parents so much they get locked out of their apartments for hours at a time. As far as security guards go, some are good some are lazy. Sometimes you'll see them sitting in the gym looking like they're sleeping. Sometimes you'll see them at their post outside of the door. But you'll never find them kicking those unruly kids out of the pool area, which is a surprise to me because if any of those kids get hurt, this complex will most assuredly get sued. Overall I liked my apartment, but wouldn't choose to live there again due to the management and neighbors.

Yea section 8 people are flat out nasty and the sad thing is I bet the few hard working, honest section 8ers out there are not the ones getting these nice apartments- it's the nasty lazy 8ers with baby mamas who work at these section 8 admin offices with connections that hook them up. What I don't understand about these mixed housing is that it's really a 1 way street. It was setup to benefit the "po- people", to improve their lot in life by integrating with hard working honest people, but what about giving us hard working honest living people an incentive to live with these guys and show them the light as well?
