I've lived here a while and am counting down the seconds until my lease expires. I can't vacate fast enough. The place is filthy - there's trash everywhere. People slam their doors so hard and frequently that it vibrates my entire apartment. It's supposed to be a gated community, but the doors are often broken or have been vandalized to allow all of the trash and their friends to enter without a key. Bridgecourt is obviously having a problem renting units because the quality of tenants at the moment is frightening. People walk through the halls and talk at levels that wake the dead. There's very little respect for other tenants. It's also way too hot here and my unit is without air conditioning, which is a necessity during the hot summer months - you will roast alive! The young thugs and punks that drive by with their radios so loud can wake people in Siberia, again no respect. Unless you're extremely desperate I highly recommend considering other options.

You didn't have a 2to3 year lease, so why did you stay if it was so bad?

All I know is that the 1331 complex is pretty nice. It's no where near that bad on my side. Anyway happy trails to you!
