Let Down

I moved in and thought that the complex was really urban looking and I like that. However, It was pretty bad living there.
The rental policies definitely favor the company with charges for turning the property. The carpet is cheap and shows all dirt which then has to be either replaced or steam cleaned(at the expense of the departing resident). Some of the tennants have no sense of pride and graffiti was common.
Overall, I would say it's better then the other complex in Emeryville, but would look to live in Water Gate if I had to do it again.
