For all of the amenities: Close to high quality shopping/ikea and food. Secure parking on the level your apartment is located on is included. A pool and jacuzzi, 24/7 fitness facility. Cats AND Dogs allowed too...I love that especially. Plus there is a really low move in for only $500 security deposit. We move in mid-august and I can't wait! Expensive' yes, but I think it's gonna be worth it. Especially if you have a pet, it saves $1000's in deposit costs compared to most places.
