Nothing is perfect. This place is great. The space...aaahhhhh the space. But it's tough (read: expensive, gotta have space heaters) to heat that space. Venting in the apt (I'm on the 4th floor) is wholly inadequate, so is heating. I think the architects/builders were from Southern Cal and didn't seem to know how cccold it gets here. The business center, pool, and fitness center are great great great.
Here's the big downside-there are a LOT of college kids. And it seems a LOT of them like smoking POT all hours of the day and night. Remember what I said about venting' So...we smell it in the halls, always. Yes, ALWAYS. Oh, and you do park (very small spaces) on your own level (nice) but you have to walk through a trash room (not so nice) to get in, so essentially, that trash room is your lobby. Yuk! Thinking of moving in' Ask about the pot smoking, just notice it as you walk around.
The new management team seems nice enough, at least they seem to CARE, the others were nice (some) not so nice, but either way didn't really seem to care about pleasing us (paying renters) as much as getting new people in. The new management team seems more organized and "on it" than the other people and they have only been here around a month!
