Break In's - The place is next to Oakland. Get a clue

Staff - This is their day job. Be nice to them and they might just be nice to you. If you think Bob the landlord is better think again. I've requested 3-4 items and they have taken care of them.

Train noise - Did you not see the tracks there..... Trains are loud and heavy. Heavy vibrations can't be stopped even behind a 12" concrete wall

Heat - Yeah the heaters suck and their electrical. The washer and dishwasher are also energy sucks but hey you don't have to go downstairs and put quarters in a crappy machine that your neighbor probably left old clothes in.

Price - The place is new with semi-secure parking, dishwasher, washer/dryer, security guards, package signing, pool, gym, spa, and a business center. May be a bit high but its NEW and not some apt from the 70's.

Construction Quality - Please... Its not a computer. Its built to better standards than code and is built by hand by guys who probably didnt graduate grade school. Construction is on of the last hand made products built on site.

Fire Alarm - Yeah this sucks. But it has not happend in past couple months. A new project always has these issues. Maybe that schmuck shouldn't smoke in the corridor''''

I totally agree with this review. I live here and have had none of the problems discribed in a lot of the "no" reviews. The main problem are TENANTS! - leaving garbage outside the garbage shutes, making noise in the hot tub at 3a.m., etc. Take away the idiot tenants and this place is great!
