I've lived here since july last year, i was one of the original tenants upon their opening. Yes, the trains are loud, emeryville is a warehouse town, very urban, so whats the beef' You should live by the bart, its super loud.

The building is well made, i've nver had a maintencne issue that wasnt addressed, and the grounds are nice and well kept. this place is very nice. the once who are complaining should MOVE

I moved in last year and love my apartment and the staff. I liked the original staff but I haven't had any problems with the new management since we've had 2 different management companies since move-in. Sure, I hear the train from time to time but I did see the train tracks prior to moving in. Hellooooo.. All my issues have been addressed promptly and I will probably be here for the next year.

Another fake management post. This "didn't you see the train tracks" is so OLD. It's been posted here a million times under the Emery Bay reviews. Try a new approach. And ya know, just because you see the train tracks doesn't mean you will know about the LOUD TRAIN HORN EVERY 20 MINUTES. Even if you heard the horn while visiting, you won't necessarily realize you'll be listening to it all day and night. Instead of insulting people's intelligence, why don't you try petitioning the city or the county or whoever the hell is responsible for the requirement that trains sound their horn at that intersection? You would keep a lot more tenants that way.
