hello I am usually not one to post but I see there are some points that need making from an old timer (6 months). 1st to follow up on what others said- freeeeezing in winter- weatherstripping helped. Train noise and *boat noise* 24/7/365 as well, Hollis is noisy too. Yes there have been break-ins. Oh Oh yeah, the management was great now changed forthe worse (cost cutting I assume). Was a great place when showed to me new, now the corner cutting is getting old, and I am SICK of the cigarett smoking neighbors in the pool area that is not apartments fault, but thats gotta go anyway

ALSO the "heated pool" that was a KEY reason I came here Is not Heated any more for cost control. Garbage in garbage chute room stinks and leavings from slobby resisents are tolerated for months. I expect rats are next :-) I have a 2 Br loft and it is way spendy (3k)- needless to say, im moving
