I just moved in about 2 weeks ago, and I love this place. Everything is so brand new! The staff is pretty courteous and one day when I had a maintenance issue, they came and fixed the problem in the same day! The fitness center is great and the pool is always set to about 80 degrees. Parking is never a problem since you get an assigned spot. I'm a grad student at UCB, so it's prett accessible to campus taking the 72 and then the 52L. It's also close to the under shopping centers, grocery, and movies! It's so quiet! But, it really depends on what side you are on. I am on the side away from the tracks. Yes, i still here the train, but it's not that bad. And for price, it's the best I've found thus far! I signed a one year lease and I'm ready to sign a 2 year one :)

Score very high on your English GRE? I think this is another fake-tenant puff piece by the management staff.
