Courtyards at 65th

Beautiful grounds-horrible management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Well, i had been wanting to move to the courtyards for about 2 years now... and I fianlly got here. My experience has been HORRIBLE!!! Before we signed the lease, the management office (which has been changed three times already) changed the terms, conditions and rental fees twice and when we were shown the property, we heard several barking dogs which was totally acceptable! We moved to the courtyards specifically because we were told that dogs were allowed to bark; however, now since they cashed the first month deposit and rent check- Guess what' THEY ARE GOING BACK ON THEIR WORD... Yup thats right! Whatever you do, try to avoid this place, i would, but now i have no choice. lease is signed.
