The worst part is that the management is very intrusive. They conduct yearly "inspections" (it is to check the appliances and to spy on you to see if you have any extra room mates or pets not listed on the lease. In the year that we have lived here they have entered the place at least 3 or 4 times for various water or inspection issues. Often times your rent check will not be cashed until the 9th or 10th of the month if you paid on the 1st. This place is over-priced and has a noisy train that can be heard no matter where your apartment is. The only good thing is that the maintenance people are friendly - however the office staff is very phoney and do not follow through with questions/requests.
