Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I've lived here for almost a year and my one year lease is up for renewal. I got in on a deal when they were giving one month free, but when I went to the office today to ask what happened whem my lease was up they weren't too friendly. I was told that if I don't lock my lease into another year at the FULL market price ($1585 a month for a 1 bedroom) then I may be subject to paying an extra $200 a month for a month-to-month lease if the owner chooses. What kind of crap is that' for $1785 a month you're better off living in a luxury high rise in the city!
