The keyless remotes have not worked in over a week (both a security and safety hazard). The TV's from the gym were stolen and have never been replaced (only the exposed wiring still rests in their spots, very ghetto in appearance. With what rent goes for here, you would think that someone could afford to replace them, after all, the onsite gym was an initial selling point), garbage in the hall (health hazard), SUV's leaking massive amounts of oil on the 4th floor garage (another health hazard).
