I moved in about 3 weeks ago and have been completely satisfied with the decision to live in the Courtyards. I live above the pool and love it. The grounds here are kept immaculate by an outstanding grounds/maintenence crew. The leasing office folks are extremely professional, courteous, and quick to deal with any issues. The 24 hr roving security guards add quite a bit of reassurance. The apartment itself is phenomenal, and I have not heard either of my neighbors yet (one of them has a baby too). All in all, this building is awesome, and I would definitely recommend it.
