This building is newer but they have a problem with rodents. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. If you look closely you will see many of the traps (black boxes) in and around the property, but they don't help. If you open your door to your patio/deck they will get in and the staff just smiles that fake smile and will do nothing. There are many break-ins and car thefts and it seems to be inside jobs. I personaly saw a dead rat in the hallway and many of my neighbors had mice in their apartments. There is also quite a bit of polce activity at the property. The police broke into one apartment looking for an escaped felon. Another apartment was occupied by a call girl who "entertained" her guests on site. Everyone that I know who moved in has moved out because it is so horrible. You will have to pay a high amount of money to break your rent. They also rent some apartments to a hotel chain and for overfow and these people tend to trash the premises. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

While this review is harsh, it's accurate. I remember seeing a rat swimming in the pool while I was there (I moved out). I also saw two car windows broken in the garage. I can confirm that they rent some apartments for a hotel chain (it's a Marriott Execustay). The management was incompetent and militantly uncompromising. The only thing this review left out was the trains!

this play sucks! True about rats, parking, and ghetto ass people! I tried really hard to escape the jungle maze, and saw this new apartment complex, which seemed really nice; however its all show. Management is horrible! the girls are always out to lunch, or sitting at their desks "working" which means browsing through their myspace page. They have an issue with rodents, and if you have a pet, they will send you 1 million letters telling you that your dog/cat barks too loud, too much, or meows too much. oh, and the best part of it all, they don't tell you that there is a dog friendly area, and a non-pet area! so when they catch you wallking your dog without a leash, get ready for some rude and nasty comments, paired with a letter 3 days letter. Its just great! Rent is about 2000 a month, and you don't get anything for your money. They are so cheap that they don't even change the rugs for you when a previous renter was living in the apartment. BUT they do take your life savings when you move out! This is not a cool place to live at. go across the street and check out the older apartments,... they have better management

Thank you so much for your review. It is really helpful to prospective tenants who are totally unsuspecting of the downside of apartments and rely solely on what is advertised. Thanks for taking the time to alert us.
