Great value From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Diverse building--nice mix of residents. Property is in serious need of landscaping! The wasted concrete 2nd floor next to the gym should be put to good use. The plain grassy area out front is nice, but it's useless to residents. We need an outdoor space for relaxation. Parking for guests can be difficult at time. That being said, the security and maintenance staff are great overall, the building is fairly secure, the gym is nice and a good size, and the noise from the freeway is surprisingly low.
