I have owned my condo at PPP for 4 years now and i have to agree with many of the people who made poor recommendations of this place. As a young professional, my husband and I are surrounded by seniors who seem make up the majority of the occupants living in this building. That wouldn't be such a problem except that when you have a large mount of seniors living under one roof with a lot of time on their hands there ends up being a lot of arguing and issuing of new petty rules. The HOA is made up of retirees who argue about things that most people don't even care about (i.e., whether or not the doors near the gym should be left open or not). The security can be rude at times and believe they have the right to treat the owners as if we work for them. How quickly they forget that our HOA dues pay for their salaries! We do have tennis courts, pool, hot tub, gym and a lounge area but if you ever want to entertain guests be prepared to give an extensive explanation of who they are, how long they'll be there, etc. Forget about hosting a gathering with music that lasts later than 9pm. You will inevitably receive a knock on your door from the security asking you to turn the music down because someone complained. If you'd like to remodel your home (like we did) be prepared to tailor your taste to the HOA's MANY rules regarding what you can and cannot do, what products you can and cannot use and what times you can and cannot work in your own home.

Overall, if you want to own your own place and enjoy the freedoms that come with that, I'd definitely look else where. The security and HOA will end up being a parental figure in your life that you will inevitably have to answer to, regardless what you want to do.
