Great location and amenties but

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
We are fortunate to rent from a landlady who could be persuaded to gradually make improvements to our unit. I'm glad we did not have to work with the management. The Cable tv problems are legendary, but a new system will be installed by the end of 2002.
The units are old, small and noisy, but the biggest headache is the small volume of rules presented to each renter or owner. Yes, the units are overpriced but the location and amenties almost make it worth it.
