I really like living here. It's close to the freeways, all the Emeryville shops, yet far away so you don't feel squished like Berkeley. There's a beautiful view of the bridge(s), dependong on which side you live at. I'm on the 5th floor and have had no problems w/ noise, except for cars in the morning. All my neighbors are very friendly.
The condo association has lots of activies, and keep you up to date on things.

Granted, I've never had to deal w/ management either. Never had to contact them for anything.

Given all the negative reviews, I'd say the complex itself is good to live in, esp if you don't have to deal w/ management at all.
