I used a corporate unit that my company owns there for about a year. The view on the bay could not be beat. It was an excellent location, only three miles to our plant, so I could bike in. I enjoyed the free movies and meeting others in the complex. A friendly place to live. I understand that the rent was kind of high for the area. I had to have some repairs done while I was there, and had no problems with the management. That may have been because my company has a few units there. I was somewhat overwhelmed by the rules manual that they issue when you move in.
