This place is everything I asked for. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are very nice, but nicer is being able to walk to the marina, or walk at the rustic boardwalk overlooking Berkeley Marina at night. And I love biking to Berkeley from Frontage bike road. You can see all the freeways, and the entrance to the bay bridge on Powell, and can quickly alter your route to avoid traffic. 3 min. to Emeryville, 15 min. max to downtown Berkeley, 10 min. to downtown Oakland.
The unit I live has a modern, nice kitchen, and my landlord is extremely nice, so I've never dealt with the management.
I definetely recommend it.
