Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
overall decent place. mgmt has STOLEN my security deposit. David Gorman at WCA has lied about the condition and after I pointed out charges for a late rent fee were invalid he created a new charge for a late fee from another month. I lived there for 4.5 years. They promised to redo the carpet, flooring, appliances, and all. Never happened. I am billed 200 dollars for dirt in tile grout. After I disputed the condition I was told the rest of the unit was dirty. I cleaned it beyond the call of duty. ---- you David Gorman.
