Beware of management here. They are extremely nice to you when they know you are interested. If you give them an inkling that you want to leave, be prepared for ignored phone calls, huge fees and the disappearing of your security deposit.
Other than that, it's a beautiful place to live (for a place that's 30 years old and counting). It will be better off if you manage to rent through a landlord, rather than the property management.
