Watergate Management is worst than the oiliest used car salesman. Avoid them at all cost. If you must live here, be sure to rent from a private landlord.

You could of course rent through All Emeryville Properties (allemeryville.com). They have rentals not just at Watergate but all over the city. They are professional, knowledgable, and likeable. Watergate Management actually do hire used car salesmen, infact they currently have two that are ex-Mercedez salesmen! Anyway, they are no longer the only people renting Watergate units, so I suggestion if you are interested in renting at Watergate, give All Emeryville Properties a call, they are good, and not a car salesman in sight!

I do agree with the fact that Watergate Management represents one of the worst real estate agents out there. I went there this week trying to lease an apt, my experience confirmed the fact -- they are dishonest and wicked. If you have to lease from Watergate Management, be extremely careful.

I also agree, I have renting at Watergate the last 4 years and my experience is that Watergate Management manages poorly. When our fridge broke they took over a month to replace it and the employee in charge did not return phone calls. While I was looking for an apartment, I repeatedly called William Siever's for an update on my application. My feeling was that I was low priority since I wasn't a home buyer, but only a renter. In general I feel that Watergate Management in not attentive and lazy towards renters.
