I was in the best shape of my live during the years I lived there (1999-2000). I swam twice a week, run along the water edge twice a week, rode my bike... it was enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and there are many older folks that owns property there. This is very good because they have nothing better to do than watch the neighborhood and report disturbance. I rented from private landlord.

I do agree with the fact that Watergate Management represents one of the worst real estate agents out there. I went there this week trying to lease an apt, my experience confirmed the fact -- they are dishonest and wicked. If you have to lease from Watergate Management, be extremely careful.
