I have lived in this complex since 2003. I had a two bedroom, now I live in a 1 bedroom. My first apartment I leased from the rental office, and this one I leased from a private owner. You really can't beat this place - it's a hop, skip and a jump from SF, and the casual carpool picks up right outside the complex. The watergate market (grocery store) is a full fledged store, it even carries organic soap! It has a full produce market, and everything is available - not just a convenience store. The facilities are impeccably kept. The rents have really gone up recently but I think it is still well worth it, considering the other competition (ghetto bridgecourt, emerybay etc).
Overall build quality isn't great and you can hear other apartment noise easily at times. Parking garages are dark and uneven. But management and maintenance staff is very courteous and helpful and I've never had a single problem here.
