Dont rent from watergate at ALL cost! They totally suck! If you must, Look the unit over VERY well, you will not get anything repaired while there! Call to request work, get a phone call back in 5 days, they call to say they are coming over on x day, they dont show up! These are really easy fixes in our unit too! Ive even offered to paint my own kitchen and bath if they would just bring the correct paint (said they would) havent seen it after 2 month request and several phone calls!
