I have had almost all good experiences here. Between the great service from my maintence guy and salesman/pool/workout-room/hot-tub/pool tables/ping pong tables/view of san francisco/the safety of the emeryville police and fire station across the street/etc, you just can't beat it. My only complaint is that the building has very thin walls. I'm on the fourth floor, but I can hear this cat outside meowing it's head off if I listen for it. Overall, Watergate is a great choice and definately better than any of the other buildings in the area.
