great, they will always fix taht which needs fixing right away (such as plumbing problems). However, for anything else less, like a railing thing that's falling apart in my apt, they still haven't fixed that. I'm mainly worried about my $1500 deposit, i've read others' reviews saying that they never got it back, that would suck. The management here can be pretty annoying, but its only because they are perfectionists. I feel a little disrimination against renters versus buyers by Mgmt.

The best thing about this location is the variety of ways to get into SF for work, there's casual carpool, free emerygoround -> bart, a special entrance onto the free way if you want to drive, if you want to carpool so you don't have to wait and don't have to pay $4, you can pick up carpoolers just outside. The best thing about watergate is definitely location.

oh, and it's also pretty cold here, we're surrounded by water. the heaters are cheap, they work but need 2.5 hours before they warm you up.

don't move here if you have school-going kids, schools around here are horrible.

might be a good place to live for UC Berkeley students.
