Office Workers Are Not Very Helpful

I have lived at the Watergate for many years and the ammenities and my landlord are great. However, over the past couple years the level of customer service in their staffing is very minimal. I have found they are very curt and are not willing to offer solutions about matters without being proded. The property is nice, but if you are looking for friendly people in the front office to the main lobby this would be the place for you.

The watergate sales office is rude, but the home owners office staff tries hard to do the right thing by everyone.
