Watergate suffers from a terribly corrupt administration. The utter lack of security at Watergate in Emeryville is just the tip of the iceberg. The Watergate administration is run by a former Longshoreman who cares little for the needs of his "Community". Auto burglaries, car theft and vandalism runs rampant through the complex and is consistently underreported by Watergate officials.

I feel very safe here and appreciate the HOA office personnel who put up with a lot of gruff from unhappy people who think this is an apartment complex. The crime rate at Watergate is almost non-existant!
