Not worth the hassles or the money

I only lived here six months, and it convinced me that condo living is not for me.
On the up side, it's a good location if you need to commute into the City or Oakland. As a rule, it's a pretty safe place to live.
On the down side, the condos are old. The studios are ridiculously small with postage stamp kitchens, outdated appliances, little storage space, and thin walls. It's easy to hear the neighbors upstairs. The 70s decor includes a wet bar, wine rack and mirrored wall.
The mailman and UPS will not even try to deliver packages directly to each apt, all packages go directly to the clubhouse. This is a real drag if you work at home.
A big selling point to renters here is the "free cable" but be warned, it's only basic cable with a small expanded selection and digital cable is not available here at all.
Parking sucks depending on where one's assigned space is. If you park in the open parking, your car just might get towed away.
The management here is ridiculous. I had to place three phone calls to find out if my lease was going to be renewed, only to find out that the landlady didn't want to renew.
Be prepared to lay out extra money for a condo badge. You also have to leave deposits for elevator padding when you move in or out
($400).
If you really feel you have to live here, rent from a private party and not from the management company. You could do better elsewhere, and save money to boot.
