Worst apartment building and management I have ever dealt with. Total disregard of their tenants welfare and safety. A fire broke out and as we directly above they told us "we shouldn?t worry- it was only smoldering a bit." Yet, the firefighters told us we were extremely lucky. Also, toxic fumes penetrated our apartment from work down below. We had to vacate our apartment for two days at our own expense. Building is only a year old but already there are nails coming up through the floor boards and through the walls, heater doesn?t work, toilet and all faucets leak, sinks aren?t rust-proof, and even though our apartment is spotless- ants are still a huge problem. Again, the office believes none of this is their problem. They also don?t do anything about noisy tenants. Prior to the Spa opening parking was bad enough. Now that the Spa is opened, they take up the majority of the spots leaving you and your visitor without parking. Lack of experience by the management staff shows. Also, apartment is advertised as a luxury aparment. But, what they don?t disclose prior to moving in is that this is partially a low-income housing unit. Not at all luxury. In short, not worth the rent they charge or the aggravation.
