We are very happy here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   First of all we all know that when a apartment building is new there are some kinks to work out as there is with anything. I have had no problems here what so ever. The only thing I have a problem with is the new office staff. I loved the original staff and had a very good experiance with all of them. The girl who moved me in Tammy, was wonderful and very helpful to get us the apartment we wanted. As for children, maybe parents would want to rent something that would better suit families. I think the rent is well worth the great community of Encinitas and the beach and weather. I give this complex an A rating!!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
