Wow! I really miss the old staff. I felt for a time that they were tyrants, but now I know you've got to be a little bit of one to keep order. We were always getting calls about not placing our towels on the balcony ledge, and about cigarette butts and about how loud we were at the pool. Sure, it was really annoying, but now I appreciate how quiet it was. I hated Jim. We called him the Warden, but now I miss the old guy.

And now Archstone arrives. A massive corporation who don't give a damn about us. The level of service is subpart...and maybe because the idiots at the office know that they're expendable. The company's so big that they can be replaced in a second. With the previous staff, the service was especially personalized. They smiled when we came in, offered us cookies and really went the extra mile, even if they were naggy and strict. These girls at the office have no clue how to run this property. Nothing gets done, and when it does, never on time. But you can be SURE of getting a rent increase on time. I used to complain about the increases we received, but now it's rediculous. Hundreds of dollars!!! How can anyone afford those prices. ARCHSTONE ONLY REPRESENTS CORPORATE PROFITS. They don't give a damn about their tenants, or their employees. And now these idiots allow dogs! There's dog ---- everywhere and no one bothers to pick it up. This is not France!!!

I will be moving out the end of this month and I am happy for it. I had a good run here, but now that douchebags took over, it's not worth staying here. The previous staff made you feel like family, these fat chicks at the office make you feel like an ice-berg.

Don't move here unless you like huge increases and promises that can't be kept.
