As a resident of this complex for over 2 years, I was continuously reprimanded and threatened eviction for everything from, guests double parking for drop off, adult family visiting and using the pool and my daughter and some friends swimming on a Saturday morning. The last straw, was a nasty eviction threat accusing my daughter for being in the jacuzzi (under 18)when she was away for the weekend and not even in the complex. Management would not listen to any explanations or try to be realistic about the "RULES" enforcement. It was like living under ------'s rein. If you're in need a nice complex, try the RitzColony across the street. The units are the same as is the ownership, however management is realistic and treats it's tenants respectfully. You signed a rules and regulations agreement right? Yet you constantly abused the rules, How I know I was your neighbor!! We are happy you left, too much noise from you you were nasty and discourteous to everyone who did not share YOUR viewpoint or want your guests and daughter hanging about constantly go spread your contempt elsewhere This is a great place to live without people like you who respect each other. Go buy a house. Happy you and yours are gone
