So you dont know how to contact the management company when something is broken or your apartment is flooded, or you have loud neighbors who dont know how to stop partying at all hours of night, would you like to finally be able to contact them without the managers telling you "oh sorry we dont have those numbers". Do you want the owners number' or how about his name' Hmm---------------- is the owner and his assistants name --------------, his cell phone number is--------------- The management company is a JOKE, the managers walk around in sweat pants and sweat shirts with flip flops on and work in there apartments, how unprofessional is that' and just to let you in on a little secret they raise the rent every six months 50-75 dollars a month. Another bit of information you might enjoy is that you must paint the whole apartment YOURSELF or you will be charged for it, also if you clean the apartment cleaner than the way it was when you moved in they will tell you that its not clean enough, how can an apartment with ceramic tile counter tops and bathtubs be cleaned to look brand new when they are over 20years old' And tell me why when they tell you to clean your own carpet and you do, they tell you that the carpet cleaners didnt do a good job and they charge you for it anyways' So therefore you've painted,cleaned,cleaned the carpet and its still not good enough so they charge you an arm and a leg. Also beware of high security deposits, if NO one knows California Laws make sure you read this!!!! They charge $600 dollars for a one bedroom security deposit, and if your credit isnt great they double that plus charge you a full months rent which is ILLEGAL in the state of CALIFORNIA! Keep this in mind folks before renting there, that place is infested with rats, ants, termites and fleas! Make sure you really check out other apartments before renting there!!! Actually they can legally charge up to an amount equal to two times the monthly rent for a security deposit. THAT SAID.... I agree the complex sucks. It's a drug haven and the management is worse than the dealers that hang out in the parking lot.

The management sucks, the apartments sucks. I have never paid so much money to be abused. Under no circumstances do you want to move in there!!!
