Don't bother with this place. They are so picky at move out. The apartment has to look better at move out than when you moved in. Absolutely no loyalty to long-term residents. The management is terrible! You'd be amazed at how quick the turn around is for managers. One day they're there, the next they're gone...tenants are left dealing with the incompetence of new managers.
Many nights the lights to the buildings and stairwells are not turned on. Its pitch black in the stairwells, not safe at all.
Save yourself the trouble of living here, the only reason I lived here to long is that I didn't want to have to deal with the hassle of moving out.
