Not great, but not bad either

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
I lived at Essex Heights twice, 1989 for 6 months, then again from 1998-2000. I had no complaints about the place. Never had a maintnence problem or problem with office staff. It's just a no-frills place to live. A squared beige box.
