Nice place to live but way too picky at move out. I had my checkout and all they did was walk through the entire place in about 2 minutes. They told me that I needed to go buy a certain color of paint and touch up the walls (I never hung anything on the walls or had parties or anything to make them look any different than they did when I moved in). Then when they came back to check it after I touched them up they told me it looked spotty (duh, unless you paint the whole thing you will always see where you painted if you look right) so they made me pay to have the whole place re-painted for $175. Unacceptable!!!
