Dorm for Adults

I've lived here for about a year and a half and it is like living in a dorm. 75% of the tenants are complete partiers. If that's what your looking for this is the place. If you want cheap rent close to the beach, this is your place. If you want nice carpet, ammenities, new appliances, consistent plumbing, peace, quiet and or privacy, not your place.
