Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Easy to move in...Nice place, condo style, quiet and close to everything.

However a convicted rapist lives there...apparently I lived in the same building as him.

Oh yes, the upper jacuzzi was almost always broken or yellow.

Great parking, managment=A ok...though I didn't ask much of them...

never had a problem with bugs, noise, or complainly neighbors.
