Wow. I would first like to say that this was the MOST negative rental experience I've had EVER. First off, the management consists of a young 20 something woman who has never dealt with this type of business before. That being said, the complex is filled with junkies and shady mother f*ckers. I've never been exposed to such illegal behavior taking place out in the open like it has here. Parking is a joke. Rent for a 1 bedroom (which is the size of a studio) is 1150.00 per month and does not include any utilities. It's a ----- to get a moving truck in there- so don't even try. Our place had mold, and when we told the manager about it, it was painted over. The plumbing is aweful. By the way, even if you are parked in a permit spot, and clearly displaying a permit sticker, you can get towed at the cost of 300.00 because in your 50 page lease agreement, the fine print clearly states that if you don't move your car in a 48 hour period, it will be removed from the lot...and taken all the way up to Vista.
